How to modify the password?
A. Log in - Me–Settings–Account Safety–Modify Password You need to enter the original password and then modify the password.
B. If you forget password, you can click Forgot Password to enter the verification page, click Send to get a SMS verification code and then click Next to set your new password.
How to turn on and off Account Protection?
Log in - Me–Settings–Account Safety–Account Protection (Tips: Please turn on Account Protection for account security.)
How to publish Dynamics?
A、Log in, enter Home and click Edit to post text, photo and video.
B、Video, whether local ones or not, can be published for up to 6 minutes and 40 pictures can be uploaded.
Log in Palm Baby App and prompt “Account does not exist”
A. Make sure which version you log in.
B. Make sure you register the account.
C. Make sure you enter the right mobile number.
How to change profile photo?
A. Log in, enter Me and click profile photo to select photo from album or take one, and upload it.
