Zhongyunhui Gaulle M&A Fund
Zhongyunhui Gaulle M&A Fund is an investment fund from Zhongyunhui Capital and Gaulle Stock Co. (A-share listed company), mainly investing in children industry (early/preschool education, maternal and child hospital, children's paradise) and K12 education, etc. It invested tens of millions of yuan in Palm Baby in Oct. 2016, representing its recognition of our core technology and vision of security education.
